  1. I have a wall exactly like this! Oh my gosh! I am so excited! My living room and kitchen/dining (ish) areas are so awkwardly laid out. This makes so much sense and it adds more light! I have been staring at this wall for months! Thank you!!!

  2. I'm wondering what the dimensions of those lamp shades are. I'm doing this exact style. I have the same 2 ikea dressers and a 55" tv, and I'm looking at a pendant lamp with a 14" diameter and 10" height. I'm hoping the proportions will be balanced!

  3. I have used single strips of wallpaper as demonstrated here and have been called 'crazy' by my friends! (I have even been known to cut up an entire roll to create my own mosaic). Thank you, for reaffirming my sanity LOL!

  4. I LOVE IT!! You still got it momma!! (Btw i'm an early subscriber from when you did sharras room as a teen. I stopped watching a couple of years and came back and you still got that touch! I love your designs)

  5. Rebecca I love your Fix It Friday. As someone who is design challenged, i'm ready to really decorating and make my apartment feel much homier and the tips/inspiration you give are awesome. Too bad you're so far away; i'd love to get your take on my space.. I especially favor the budget friendly videos as budgeting is very important to me. Keep it up!

  6. I Would love someone to answer. I live in a one story ranch home east of Los Angeles, semi rural in a horse area. Home was built in the 1970s. I would love to know if this style could work. My husband has the knowledge of installing moulding and happens to be a welder, so I think we could pull off the main eliments of Mrs. Robeson's designs, but I am hesitant to have him install moulding in our new house because I don't know if would go with our style ranch home. It looks like the houses she has decorated look newer.
Please let me know what you think?

  7. Seriously! everything you touch turns to gold!!!!! I've been catching up with Fix it Fridays…Amazing! I'm definitely signing up for your class online!! I could use some tips on how to dec my fireplace area:)

  8. Rebecca, you’re a genius. You always have such innovative and helpful ideas, for every budget. The tips in this video (covering ugly electrical wires) and the original video (clever kitchen and bathroom storage alternatives) were fabulous. Your many wonderful YouTube videos inspired me to sign up for the Design Sessions, and I am so glad that I did! What you have been teaching in depth, there, and the interactive moments, has been showing me how to improve the look and feel of my own home. Just want to add that I have been watching your videos for the past few years. This is my first YouTube comment ever. Just had to say, thanks! πŸ™‚ (SF)

  9. I love your creativity!! I have a 22 ft. tall wall our tv is on in our living room and my husband doesn't like builtins so it's a challenge! When I watch your videos I feel like it helps unlock my creativity a little bit at a time, and encourages me to solve these design issues! Of course I am apart of your design sessions! I am LOVING them!! ~Stephanie
